01 / A clearer picture
See where you stand across providers without jumping between billing and usage pages.
Usage bars, remaining balances and reset times share one terminal view.
The layout adapts to narrow terminals without wrapping the gauges.

Use Markdown tables or structured JSON in logs, cron jobs and AI agents.

Structured fields for scripts and health checks.
Fail a health check when any provider reports an error.
aimeter -json | jq -e '[.[] | select(.error != null)] | length == 0' >/dev/null
Before a long AI job, check the relevant quota window and defer the job if there is not enough headroom.
05 / Local by design
aimeter reads credentials from local sources and sends them only to the corresponding provider API over HTTPS. It does not run a hosted account or collect telemetry.
Read the security notes
-show-creds lists sources, never secret values.
chmod 600 ~/.config/aimeter/credentials.json
